Mr Lokesh Kumar Babal holds a Diploma in Textile Chemical Processing and brings 28 years of experience in the textile industry. His career took a transformative turn when he joined Welspun Syntex Ltd., a Welspun Group of company. Here, he had the privilege of working under the inspiring mentorship of Mr. Bhagalram Bijaniya, a leader known for his deep industry expertise and strategic vision for 21 years. Under Mr. Bijaniya's guidance, he embraced opportunities that challenged his potential and helped him excel in various critical roles to be as the Yarn Dyeing Head.
He has extensive expertise in synthetic yarn dyeing, working with various types of yarns including Polyester, Cationic Polyester, Acrylic, and Nylon. He has developed numerous products to meet customer needs and requirements.
Currently, he plays a key role in introducing new products, achieving production capacity goals, and driving marketing efforts.
